This year, we have a reason to celebrate, as Teconer marks its 40th anniversary. Founded in 1986, our company now specializes in optical measurement systems for professional use—but did you know our history includes much more? Teconer has been involved in developing a Cyrillic text editor, a solar-powered sterilization method for medical instruments, and an industrial method to manufacture pipes and tanks of glass fiber reinforced polyester resin doped with mineral additives to reduce cost.
Today, we are a growing, globally operating company. We develop road weather and friction measurement systems for roads and airports, as well as material moisture measurement systems for industries such as forestry and construction products. Our personnel have exceptionally strong expertise in measurement systems—especially in road weather monitoring and sensing—as well as in understanding the factors that contribute to winter slipperiness on roads and runways. Our revenue has grown steadily over several years, and we continue to deliver strong financial results. Our systems are used in the USA, Canada, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, and nearly all European countries.
